VirginTVGo unavailable AGAIN!

After twice getting a problem viewing VirginTVGo over the last couple of months, then getting the "maximum number of devices registered" problem, I'm getting the original problem with VirginTVGo AGAIN. 

Not available

Sorry - we can't play this at the moment.

On PC (Windows 10), using wired connection (so no issues with connectivity). This really is beyond the pale now.

I can re-set the devices from here no problem. 

 

Just a quick one, are you able to let me know are you always watching on the same browser?  Could you also clear your Cache & cookies.

Apologies for the TV Go issues - I appreciate it's been a few days since you originally posted, but are you still seeing the same issue?

If so, could you please confirm the browser version you're using on your PC please?
