Hi since upgrading to 360 tvgo has become a nightmare every time we try to watch a recorded program on the ipad we get the message to turn on the box and check we are connected to the same network. it is getting beyond a joke now i have try many suggestions i have googled to no great solution after many resets and signing in and out it will suddenly work and then next night the same again , it was fine before the upgrade i can watch anything except recorded content . any help would be appreciated

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your TV Go service.
Are you able to look at the CPE IP address on the app? To check this click on your profile icon at the top whilst in the app Then click Settings > Diagnostics > CPE IP.

hi most of the time when it is not working the cpe ip is unknown tried this morning be for i went to work and it was working straight away no probs and there was an ip address in cpe ip. regards Ian

Are you able to let us know what devices you are accessing TV go on? Are you accessing via a web browser or app?
