VirginGo Rejected Username/Password

Hi,

I recently joined Virgin however I am unable to access the VirginGo service due to a Rejected Username/Password.
I understand it is the same Username/Password as for other Virgin apps? When attempting to log into the VirginGo app I get:
 
"Username or Password incorrect. Please retry and click the box below to prove you are not a robot"
 
I've checked the Username/Password is correct as it works in the main Virgin Media app. I've also cleared my Cache / Cookies, reinstalled the app, tried on my phone, a Chromebook and MS laptop but no luck unfortunately.
 
Any ideas as to what is going wrong?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I am sorry for the issue with the TV Go application not working. Thanks for letting us know the error message you're getting though as that helps us with this.

I've done a system check and it appears the email address was tied to an old account that is now sorted. 

Please can you test the log in for me today and let me know if it works?
