I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to get TV GO to work on your Mac.
It's very strange how you're getting these errors when using Chrome/Firefox, especially after you've newly downloaded them so shouldn't require an update. Have you tried using TV GO on any other devices to see if it's just the Mac that you're having issues on?
Can you also please ensure that your Mac is on the latest OS software and confirm what IOS your Mac is on?
