Apologies to hear you're getting the device limit reached error message. You can manage the devices you have registered for use on the Sky Sports app by logging in to TV GO > Settings > Device Management > Manage My Sky Devices.
Remove any devices that may be duplicates to leave room for you to re-register the device.
