Have this message: “Your Virgin tv box is offline. “Am unable to record from the TV Go app. Or connect to Virgin TV. Have unplugged everything and turned off at mains - any ideas much appreciated!

Thank you for your post regarding the error message when you try to watch Virgin TV Go, sorry you are experiencing this issue. I am going to PM you now so that I can take a look at your account and check for any TV issues that may be causing this.
