Virgin tv go

I have tried to watch TV Go on my pc and it comes up with and error saying the program is not available in this region.

 

I have tried all the channels with the same result, but i am able to watch it on my phone.

 

This is really annoying

Are you using a VPN on the PC at all?

yes but this has not changed since the last time i watched rugby on the pc

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the Tv Go service. 

 

I have taken a look on our side and am unable to see anything flagging as a wider issue. 

 

Can you confirm the error message you're getting on the web browser? Can you also confirm if you have been able to try the app?

Hi Martin, I was able to use the tv go last saturday but not on sunday and this was both on the web and the app on my pc. I have tried again tonight and was able to go straight into the tv on the app so am happy again. will let you know if this changes. Thanks Mike

Now gone back to watch the rugby again and same issue programm not available in this region, both on my browser and on the app.

 

I think its time to change supplier as this is beyond a joke

I apologise for the late reply to your post as it has been a few weeks since you posted, how is the app working for you at the moment.

 

Have you been able to use the app without any issues recently?

Hi, The app worked perfectly on Friday evening and on saturday so was able to watch the rugby but on Sunday i had the same error message that this channel was not available in this region.

I then logged into TVGo on my phone and it worked fine

I have just tried to remove this pc from the app so that i can re-install it but it says the the virgin system is down and to try later
