Although i pay for the Sky Sports Football i cant get it on Virgin Go .,
it redirects me to Sky Sport who want my Sky ID and say my subscription doesn’t support Sky Sports Football -
why do Virgin make everything so hard ?
I have been with them about 3 months and spent so long on the phone waiting to get through to them for answers to questions i should not NEED to ask - if they made their customer user interface more customer friendly .
Any ideas how i can get this sorted out - please
without having to wait an hour to speak to a Virgin dept, explain the problem to the person, then be told (every time) i cant help you i will put you through to another dept, where you then wait ANOTHER 20/30 mins to speak to a poor English language person about your problem ?
