Try to signin to tv go for months now.
Put username in then go to enter. password and username turns yellow.
Which means wrong username but it's the right one.
I am ok with device limit.
Anybody got the same problem and how to rectify it.
Tried every conceivable solution no joy.

I am sorry to hear you've had issues logging in to the TV Go app. It sounds a daft question, but can I just confirm that you're using your log in details that are the same as your Virgin Media online account.

Yes right email and password.
But when I go to password username turns yellow.
So it's not recognising my correct username and password.
Also I,am alright with my devices.
Uninstalled app re installed app.
Tried changing password no joy.
Got another username but it's not my main one.
The one I,am using is.
Virgin tv control accepts my username and password.
