My Mrs has had to go up north for a while and wants to use the TV go app, the app opened and said it is no longer in use and to view through the website, she has done this a few times but it seems that each time she uses that is registers it as a new device. So now she has run out of devioces and can't change anything until the 1st Nov.
How can i stop this happening again? and is there anyway Virgin can reset the amount of device changes now?
Your wife is seeing that each time she uses TV Go its registering as a new device. This is caused when the cookies and cache for TV Go are removed / deleted. This is not a fault and is working as expected. To avoid the situation you simply need to change the settings on your browser to keep the cookies active for TV Go.
