Virgin tv go series link options for iPhone for 360

Hi just curious why u can’t do new only for series links on virgin tv go app used to be able to on the tv remote control app for the TiVo version this is a handy feature instead of doing it on the tv via the virgin tv go app will this be implemented

Many apologies for the issues faced, just to clarify on this matter are you looking to set up a series link via your phone?

Are you unable to do so at all via the box itself too?

Hi when u set series link for 360 via the box u can just do new episodes only but via the virgin tv go app there not an option to do that. When I had TiVo u could do that via a different app why hasn’t virgin picked up on this

The TV recording functions that TiVo allows via TV Control, are offered via TV Go when you convert to the Horizon-driven TV360 platform.
