Hi, My virgin tv app is still not working. I only use on 2 devices but i get the message that i have got 5 devices and i cant view or change untill next month.
I like to watch tv go but have not been able to for about 2 months.
Lots of other people have the same problem. Please sort this for me.

Hi, Using 1 pc and 1 iphone.
Windows 10 . opera browser.
Was working fine before.
error is ..You have reached maximum of devices you can use on your account. Please wait until 13 feb to change.
On device management i have my pc as 4 registered devices. and ihphone as 1.
I tried to remove the pc ones last month but did not work.
Anybody know how to get in touch with v media easily?
Just going round and round with no answers to my problem.
