Virgin tv go not working for 2 months

Hi, My virgin tv app is still not working. I only use on 2 devices but i get the message that i have got 5 devices and i cant view or change untill next month.

I like to watch tv go but have not been able to for about 2 months. 

Lots of other people have the same problem. Please sort this for me.

What devices are you trying 

What operating system is it 

What errors do you get 

And has this worked before

Hi, Using 1 pc and 1 iphone.

Windows 10 . opera browser.

Was working fine before. 

error is ..You have reached maximum of devices you can use on your account. Please wait until 13 feb to change.

On device management i have my pc as 4 registered devices. and ihphone as 1.

I tried to remove the pc ones last month but did not work.

Anybody know how to get in touch with v media easily?

Just going round and round with no answers to my problem.

I can reset your devices for you, allowing you to access the app.
