Virgin tv go issues

I now only have 2 Sky Sports channels on my TV go but still have all the usual channels on my home tv box. Tried deleting and reinstalling but still the same. I have the Sky App but when I log in through the Virgin option it just takes me back to the home screen telling me to log in. Can any provide an answer as to why it’s just starting happening.

Thanks for posting on the community forums for help and a warm welcome goes out to you 🙂

 

So yes, in order to watch the Sky Sports channels, you would need to do this via the Sky Sports app rather than our TVGO app. As long as you are selecting the VM logo before signing in, there shouldn't be any issues.

 

Have you tried signing into the app on any other devices to see if you face the same issues? Let me know if this is still a problem for you and we can go from there.
