Virgin tv go app and webpage has suddenly asked for payment for on demand/catch up content..sky one , sky comedy etc when these channels are included in the subscription (ultimate oomph). The live channels plays ok.

How are things looking at the moment with your TV GO account? Has the issue been resolved since you posted?
Does the same thing happen if you try to use the TV GO app?
