Help TV go worked fine until the other day and now loads up but says sorry this isn’t available try again in a minute.
using iPhone 11.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry you're having this issue with your Virgin TV GO app. I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration.
Can you please try to reinstall the app on your phone and let me know if this resolves the issue please?
Also, have you got a laptop or PC you can use to see if it works?
