My tv go app will not work at all,
Not on my iPhone or ipad or my partners Lenovo tablet, just keeps saying “Sorry, this programme is not available in this region”
it hasn’t worked for a long time now and I don’t know why. I have a VPN but it makes no difference if its on or off I still get the same response
can a Virgin moderator help me with this please?

Ok so I’m home now and with the VPN off it works on my iPad but why won’t it work when I’m away from home?
I thought that was the whole idea of this app 🤷🏼♂️

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with TV GO.
Can you please try uninstalling and re installing the app?
Could you please also ensure all the devices are registered.
