Virgin tv go, app and website

Hi, hopefully someone from vm can help

When I attempt to log into TV go either on my phone via the app or on several different PCs and using different browsers I get told I can't log in and try again in a few minutes. This has been going on for several months now. Ok a very rare occasion I can login on a computer but there are no channels and it tells me to call someone.

I've tried different browsers, chrome and edge and ie none work. App has been cleared nothing, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing.

Please get this sorted as it's really bloody annoying.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear you're having on going issues with our TV Go service.

 

Unfortunately we are aware of an ongoing faults issue currently affecting some customers. We have reported this issue and here is the ticket number for your reference F008461634.

 

At this present time we do not have an estimated fix time however we are working to get this issue fixed as quickly as possible.
