Sorry to hear you're both having problems with the Virgin TV control. I can't see any known faults about the App but are you still having problems since you last posted? If so, can you confirm whether you're able to log into your online account? Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the App to see if you can sign back in okay?
Hi Lisa mines seems all good now I can sign in no prob but what I have noticed is when I’m away from home the remote control button has an exclamation mark on it can you advise on this please thanks Tom
