Virgin tv app not working on any channel message appears saying sorry this isn’t available then underneath saying sorry - we can’t play this at the moment. Tried deleting and re-installing the app logging out and back in nothing seems to work. Sky sports still works via the sky sports app but that’s it.
Are you still having issues with the TV go app since you last posted? I can see from your account that you have been in touch with the team since you last posted, were they able to help with this issue at all?
If not, have you tried to access the service via the browser version?
