Virgin on the go app not working

Hi

each time I try to open app I get a message ‘oops this isn’t working at the moment, please try again in a few minutes’.
I’ve been  unable to open app for  past 2 weeks, the only way I can access it is by deleting and re installing it which is very frustrating.

advice appreciated, thanks

Hi Jhub167, 

I'm sorry you're having some issues with TV Go, this isn't good. 

You certainly shouldn't need to do this each time you want to use the service. 

Can I ask what handset you're using? 

 

Instead of deleting and re adding the app does it work if you close the app down and then re open it? 

The app should be up to date if you're installing it each time, can I ask if your handset software is up to date?

Hi Emma,

Problem is on my iPad. 
I have a folder containing  Virgin plus other TV apps  Since reloading the app and not incorporating it within the folder, it’s now loading and operating.
