App denying access to live tv, message “not entitled you need to have a subscription to watch this” this is in spite of an account of many many years and bills always paid. Anyone else having this problem
Hi in response, I have troubleshooted by deleting and reinstalling, over the last few days. as I said I have an actIve account have been with you guys years and years all bills paid through direct debit. Have been in touch through WhatsApp and your colleagues tell me it’s an app problem with you. Can you advise when it will be resolved?
