Re: Virgin media app trouble

Hi all,

Thanks for posting and apologies for the TV Go issues.

Can I confirm, do you both have active TV services with us? If so, could you try deleting and re-installing the app?

Kind regards,

Re: Virgin media app trouble

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I have an active TV account and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (twice) with no resolution.

I am using the app on a One Plus Android 9 phone.

Please assist.
