my registered device not working on virgin go app, I can see it on my registered list but still won't allow me to connect to virgin go.
Any one that can help me please

Hey @Joe2910,
Thanks for showing us this, what you may need to do is go about deleting the devices from your app and then resetting by using it again. Can you also confirm if you have been using different browsers on devices? This can cause the issue where it flags as multiple devices.
