Virgin go

Virgin tv go thinks I am trying to sign in with a sub account. I can sign in to my virgin media and have tried changing my password. Customer services on the phone were no help at all. Is there anyone out there who knows the fix for this?

It is completely unclear from the many similar posts here if this is an ongoing system issue or a fault that requires individual account attention.

All you do is wait for a member of the Forum Team to respond.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the TV Go issue. 

 

Is this still an issue for you? 

 

If so, can you try for me;

 

Deleting and re-installing the app.

Ensure the details you are using to sign in to TV Go are the same ones you're using to sign in to the My Virgin Media account online

I have tried reinstalling the app and changing my password. I am using the correct password for Tv go but like so many others I still cannot sign in!
