Virgin go

On the app the voice and pictures are out of sync. How do I resolve this??

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this and for the frustration this may have caused. I understand you were having syncing issues with the sound and picture on your TVGO app, how is this now its been a few days? If you're still having issues, can you try reinstalling the app please?
