Virgin go

Hi someone is supposed to be calling me back. I've had the problem if not being able to log into Virgin Go since Saturday. I've reset the password and still nothing. Is the app down? Or in need of updating? I can't access it on any device. 

Feeling slightly disappointed at the moment. Your customer service is generally really good
