Virgin go virgin media

I am trying to register for go & media having been installed earlier this week. I get to the user name & it won’t accept my email address ( is this still logged somewhere from a prev account ?) .  If I use another email address which it says u can do I get through but at end it states that I cannot register right now ! 

 

I have called help help line who kept telling me I needed to register first( !) and or log in with my password - seemed to miss the point that was what I was trying to do.

 

i tried to do a forgotten password in case I was still registered from prev time but it does not recognise the account —- helpline seemed to be out of ideas on,y to,d me to try again in an hour - I’ve been trying to do this over 2 nights so don’t think an hour will make any difference 

 

suggestions ?

Thanks for replying. 

I have checked your account and can see you have called in about this issue 

A ticket has been raised for you with a fix date of 23/09/19

This should be resolved well before that date 

Our IT team will normally give you a call

If it is still not fixed by the above date, can you please let me know

I haven’t had any contact on this yet ? Fix is due by 23rd you mentioned previously
