Virgin go unkown devices

I am unable to use virgin go on my PC as there are 5 devices registered on it but 3 are unknown to me. I think my mum (who uses it to watch the football) has given the password to my nephews. Any ideas if virgin can remove these for me as it says I have 11 days to replace these devices.

Re: Virgin go unkown devices

Thankyou for your reply, I am unable to change the devices as with the new devices being added, I have reached the 4 changes a month. I was wondering if you can remove them from the system somehow? Thankyou .

Re: Virgin go unkown devices

Thanks for coming back to me.

In this case, you'll need to wait until the month end to make further changes.

Re: Virgin go unkown devices

Ok, thankyou fir your quick reply. Also, can I ask whether I should be able to watch sky movies on the virgin go? We are subscribed to the full movie package but I am unable to watch sky movies on it.

Re: Virgin go unkown devices

You're more than welcome.

You'll need to download the Sky Cinema app and then log in with your Virgin Media online account details 🙂
