Anybody else worked how to fix this virgin go error, iv tried everything, uninstalling etc still getting the same error 😡😡

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post; sorry that you seem to be having some issues with your TVGo currently.
Are you able to log into your online account with the same details without issue? Please do ensure that you're logging in using your Primary account and not a secondary account.
Have you been able to try another device or log in via the web browser?

No iv tried it on multiple devices and still doesnt work, also i can log on to my virgin account no problem.
