I have been using the virgin go app for years to watch TV upstairs on my ipad, but tonight it is not working at all, it says call this number to upgrade your package?? I can't get any channels at all and virgin haven't informed me of this change.

I have had the same issues over the weekend and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this allowed me to log back in and start watching again. Please could you give this a try and let me know how it goes.
