Just upgraded to the 360 box .from a v6 box and a TiVo -my virgin go app is now saying no compatible boxes found .How do I find the new 360 box on my app?
Are sure you have the correct app?
I have just had 360 installed and the virgin go app just pick up both boxes instantly.
Make sure you are signed In to the correct account and using the correct app.
Virgin connect app will not work with 360.

It may take a day or two for the servers to be updated with your new account information especially at weekends

360 boxes don’t integrate with the TV control app anymore, they integrate with TV Go, so you can delete the Tv Control app

The 360 doesn't work with the TV Control app.
You need to use the Virgin TV Go app instead. You can manage your recordings, and stream live TV and on demand content, also Sky Cinema using TV GOhttps://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/download-the-virgin-tv-go-app
