Wing a new customer to Virgin, decided to buy the House of Dragons boxed set. Having previously bought the Game of Thrones boxed set from Amazon, which I can download, watch on the go via the app. However I find that the Virgin app2go does not allow me to watch the boxed set, informing me I can ONLY watch it via my TV SET BOX, rather inconvenient to have to lug about this big box if I want to watch it on the train plane or automobile . The excuse given is that it is a licensing issue, what pap, I bought and own this but cannot watch it unless I am in my sitting room. BIG problems there either with your legal dept or with your app. Won’t buy anything else from virgin media movies boxed sets on the basis of this. Also iPlayer, now tv Disney all allow you to download and watch on the go

You should be able to watch it on www.virginmediastore.com or through the Virgin Media Store app on iOS or Android.

Ok that works, but what’s the point in having an app for virgin tv which won’t let me watch my purchases, I have to bypass the app and go to a www.virgin media web site.. I will obviously delete the useless virgin2go app. But thank you for solving that, but it should have been on the app

Glad it's sorted so you can at least watch it. I think it's set up that way so you can still access your bought content even if you leave VM. It's the same with Sky.
The Virgin TV Go app will allow you to control your recordings, watch live TV and access On Demand content included in your subscription.
