Dear Team 

My Virgin TV go is no longer functioning on any of my devices. I have made multiple attempts to logon but recieve a message that the service is unavailable. I have deleted the app and then reinstalled it and also change the password, but failed to gain access to the service.

To clarify, are you saying that you're unable to sign into the My Virgin Media online account? If so, what happens when you try? For example, does an error message appear?
