Virgin Tv go Registered Devices

Hi, 

Tried to change a device on the virgin tv go app as too many registered. Did this and then it said that no changes can be made until 1st oct, which is fine. 

Tried to log in, again states too many devices, tried to log on to the other devices that were already registered and received an error message stating it wasn't registered and too many devices already registered. Bit stuck, does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry you're having some issues with TV GO and the devices, I know you'll be keen to keep watching. 

Can I ask what devices you currently have registered to use the app on?

If you do used the service via a web bases browser i.e Chrome then that is fine but you might find if you often clear your cache and cookies it will add Chrome as another device next time you log in. 

Let us know and we can advise further.

Thanks for your response. I have the below registered. 

Ipad- can access on this

Huawei phone - can't access on this 

Samsung phone 

Two Internet browsers on chrome that it doesn't work on.
