Virgin Tv Go

I use Virgin Tv Go but since my history cleared on my web browser, I have now came across a message stating that all 5 of my devices are registered and I am unable to reset or delete any of them until the 1st of May...I believe that the app has stored and kept some sort of cookie or cache memory after my browsers history cleared. The devices need to be reset but sadly I don't think Virgin gave customers that much leeway? 

Any help would be appreciated.
