Virgin Tv Go - Not recognising registered device

TV Go via my PC is not working. 

I’ve re-registered my current computer multiple times - but it claims I need to register it every time I go to the site - which I do, and it then get stuck in a registration loop. I’m also unable to remove devices, which is annoying!

My browsers are all up to date and on the list of compatible browsers. 

From a bit of searching on Forums - someone from Virgin Support needs to remove all registered devices and it should work - and this is a bug on the Virgin platform.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your TVGO service.
