I cannot sign in to my account on the Virgin Tv Go app.

I have an a virgin account but every time i try to log in, I get an error message saying I cannot sign in with a sub account. 

Then I try to register the new account with my details and it says I already have an account set up with these details.

Need help with this.

Thanks for joining me on PM. Unfortunatley we were not able to sort this remotely so it's been sent to the IT team.
