Virgin Tv Go App Devices

Since the new app launched for Virgin TV go every time I go to use the service it has told me I need to register the device to use it. I have done this multiple times and now my device list is full of the same computer registered multiple times. The app does not seem to have any memory of my PC and keeps thinking it is a new device, and now I can not use Virgin Tv Go at all as I cannot replace a device for 10 days

Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing TV Go.  Have you seen the following thread?
