I have now been with Virign and had facilities like TV Go since January 2021 and they have been fab.
Recently I had a problem with the devices getting used up and you kindly advised how to sort out and control cookies and reset all devices.
This has worked perfectly fine till now. When logged on through the app today it says only one device left. And no way to change devices ( I have never changed devices)
I have now used the last device so if this happens again I will not be able to use TV Go.
I have checked and have all the correct settings to allow virgin cookies so not sure why this has happened.
Please could you advise.
