I'm sorry to hear that you've been having these issues with TV Go. Have you since been able to log in? If not, have you tried logging in to the online browser version on another device to see if this works?
I’ve managed to get it working! I deleted the app then go to Apple App Store type in ‘Virgin’ in the search then click on the box that says ‘developer Virgin Media’. Then download the Virgin tv go app under the iMessage heading mine now works. Hope this helps !!!
