I reset my Virgin Go password on my iPad last night and now I can’t sign in it says…Please sign in with your main user account. Sub accounts can’t sign in to this service
as far as I’m aware this is my main account I’ve just changed password I’ve also tried deleting the app rebooting iPad and same message comes up
It’s a 9th gen iPad and is up to date with software 16.3.1
I have also been able to sign into my virgin media with this and no issues on there
Here’s hoping for some answers please
