Virgin TV no-go

I'm suffering, as are many others apparently, signing in to the TV Go app. My user name and password are correct but the app just cycles through "Oops that hasn't worked. Please try again in a few minutes". Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've already deleted the app and reinstalled several times.

TV no-go indeed!!!.  Defo a flaky app.   I have different error to you, but basically doesn't work for me either.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you are unable to use your TV go app, are you using the same details as you do getting onto your online account, is it the same on other devices ?
