Virgin TV go

I have recently retired and decided to set up my laptop in a spare room in order to watch Virgin TV in peace. After logging in I am being told that my laptop is not registered even after attempting to register on four occasions, I then attempted to use my iPad but alas to no avail.

The system is now informing me that I cannot register any further items until November 1st which kind of defeats the purpose of having TV go.

Is there anyway to reset the system 5 registration  criteria so that I can try and register again?
Both my laptop and iPad worked perfectly with TV anywhere, any help on the above would be much appreciated.
