Virgin TV go set up

Any clues how to log in, I've entered password etc it just says oops can't sign you in. Deffo got password right as use same for other virgin apps. Tried for several days!

Help

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am really sorry to hear your TV go isn't letting you sign in, have you tried different devices, is the username and password the same as the one you use to sign into your online account, are you the account holder?

Hi, yes use same details and tried a few devices, just keep receiving same message, "oops can't sign you in, try later"

Are you attempting to login via the app? If so, can you please delete the app, reinstall it and try again for me? 

Also have you tried accessing the service via desktop browser?

I have tried on my desktop and still get the same message 

Oops, that hasn’t worked!

Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon.

Hi yes, tried mobile and two laptops now, still get same message, checked password and username too.
