Every time I log onto the virgin tv go on a web browser it tell me that my device is not registered despite having not changed devices. This happens everytime I sign in sometimes on the same day. Does anyone have a solution to this problem, it wouldn't be so bad but the 30 day reset limit means that I often go the month without access to the service at all. Any advice would help.
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with Virgin TV Go not recognising your device each time you use it.
Is it possible you're accessing the site with your browser in 'incognito' or 'private' mode? As @apcyberax suggested, it sounds like the browser is clearing it's cache so it thinks it's visiting for the first time the next time you log in.
