I’ve never had any issues with my Virgin TV go on the laptop unless the last two weeks. Now whenever I go on a channel it says “sorry this isn’t available” but it still works on my phone. Can anyone help?
If your Laptop is running Windows 10 then I am afraid that the TvGo app for Windows 10 has been discontinued. You can now use the TvGo website https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html

The only browser I seem to be able to work is either Edge or Chrome and then only with the Chrome app installed.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your GOTV app looked into, I am sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.
Can I ask which internet browser you're using?
Can you also clear the cache in the browser as well please.
I’m using Chrome.
Cleared the cache and still no luck.
