Have same problem just after I updated my Google pixel 3a to Android 10. The app crushes without even opening and this is starting to be quite annoying. Don't see why I shall pay my 109£ bill and don't get the service that I am paying for!!
Full roll out???? Please explain I own the pixel 3xl to get the latest and best software available it's not in beta so I expect your app to work it is the official and latest version of Android I have probably spent over 5 hours trying to sort this problem I'll expect a reduction in my monthly fees then not a good enough excuse!!!!
It's been more than a month without a reply to this thread.. and more than 8 weeks since the problem started.
Considering how much people are paying for their service, and how much money Virgin Media makes.. to leave customers without service for 8 weeks without even so much as an official acknowledgement of the problem is nothing short of disgraceful.
(yes, that's right.. VM customer services, tech support and retentions team are not even aware that this is a problem and are still telling people that the problem is with their device)
