Recently signed up to virgin (despite sky trying to tell me virgin customer service is terrible). I've downloaded the TV go app and it won't let me sign in.
Login is fine for virgin media app. Changed passwords a few times and still hasn't worked. I've rung virgin and been passed around the houses where I've had password changed for me and still hasn't worked. Was promised a phone call back and never happened.
Any help out there?

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with the Tv Go service.
Can you confirm if this is happening on both the app and web browser version?
Can you confirm what the error message is you're getting?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked both (Web & app) and both won't let me sign in. I've checked and checked again and my login and password does work for normal virgin media app & Web....so why won't it let me sign into tvgo?? Screenshot of error messages attached

I have been having the same problem with all the same error messages. I too have been passed around and no one seems able to fix it!
