Virgin TV go app

  • I recently bought a Samsung A7 Android 10 tablet all other tv apps work fine but virgin TV go app picture is ok for about 1 minute then it starts to stutter and jerk makes it unwatchable ,is TV go app not compatible with Samsung A7 tablet or is there something I can do to get it to work ,it's very frustrating

I have exactly the same problem , tried everything , better broadband service , re-install , update , etc still the same

Same, it even stutters when watching downloaded programmes

Just seen this post while replying to the other one. It seems to work just fine on my A7. Wonder what is going on for those A7s it doesn't seem to work on?

🤔Are you using the "Anti Malware" app  that's built in?, I'm not if that makes any difference...

Tried everything picture still stuttering

Any other ideas, how do you turn off built-in anti malware

All other app such as Netflix, amazon prime, BBC iplayer etc, all work ok

Broadband good speed

I doubt it makes any difference, it was just something I didn't enable on my A7 so wondered if it may be doing something. You can go to the device optimisation page in settings and turn it off.

  • Is there a problem with all downloaded programmes?
  • If not, could you provide specifics (name of show, series, episode etc)

Yes download programs do the same picture  stutters and jerks, all channels and programs do it,  virgin go app only works when it switches you to BBC iplayer or sky sports

Must be a issue with the Samsung A7 tablet must not be compatible

No all other devices all work ok ,phones laptop and Chromebook all fine ,tried other tablets all work ok , it's just my Samsung Tab A7 tablet that the picture stutters and jerks ,it works ok for about 1 minute then the picture then starts to stutter and jerk
