There have numerous complaints about this already. The app opens eventually after several minutesand happened after the update. Uninstalling the app makes no difference. This did not happen before so requesting shows or see planned recordings or set up a recording takes time again. Just incredibly annoying and clearly does not work well on Android phone or iPad. Your developers need to work on this fault
Thanks for confirming the information Margaret, I can see that you're using the most up to date version and we have no known errors, I will need to log this with our IT team and to do this would need to take some more information and pass account security.
