Virgin TV Go

I posted here a little while back about how the sign in process for the Virgin TV go app never works, just giving me a message saying "Oops, try again in a few minutes"

The only reply I got was an email accusing me of working for Virgin Media. I don't. 

Can anyone, preferably someone who does work for Virgin, advise me on how to sign in to the app?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the TV Go services.

Looking at your other post, it appears that some questions were posted by my colleague, but not responded to.

Please address the following for us, so we can get a better idea of how things currently stand;

Have you ever been able to sign in to this before?

Are you able to sign into your online account okay?

Can we also ask what device you are using?

Are you using a 3rd party router or just over our Hubs WIFI?

Hello David 

Thanks for getting back to me. I have not been able to log into the TV Go app, but I can and have logged in to the My Virgin media app 

I am trying to log into the TV Go app on a Samsung Z flip 5, and I only use the WiFi equipment supplied and installed by Virgin Media

Can you please try using an alternative device to see if the fault continues?

When logging in on the alternative device, please try using a browser, as oppose to our application, to see if this allows you to access the content.
